Phoenix Office Machine is a wonderful local company that provides excellent customer service whether you are purchasing an item or having service performed on equipment. Mike Jenkins is prompt and courteous; he is helpful regardless of the issue and always corrects the issue even if it is a user-error :-) I recommend Phoenix Office Machine to everyone as the only thing that will delay Mike in assisting his customers is the train (there is a train every 10 to 12 minutes in Kendallville.)

When two of our all-in-one printer/copier/fax finally quit after many years, I went online and found this company was closest to me, so I decided to give them a try. I was not impressed or pleased with any aspect of this business's approach to courting potential consumers. He was rude, pushy and uninformed. His prices were outrageous, and when I tried to negotiate, he was totally dismissive. Worse, the repair program they were offering was bare bones at best, it basically meant I would be on my own with these machines. I guess I'm glad I explored this option because I will cross it off my list. It's his loss, had my initial experience been more positive, I would have considered purchasing 3 machines (2 for our business and one for home).

Phoenix Office Machines is a very reliable company with excellent customer service located in Kendallville, in northeast Indiana. The Kendallville Chamber had leased a copy machine for several years. After talking with Mike, we were able to purchase a like new Cannon for a great price. You can depend on him for consistent copier maintenance as scheduled and he’ll make additional trips to explain when we have questions. His maintenance fees are comparable to anyone in the market. If you’re in the area stop by and try our Cannon. You’ll see the quality of copies for yourself! We should have purchased from Phoenix Office Machines long ago!
