An absolutely brilliant surgery. My family and me have used this regularly for one thing or another, and although not perfect (who is?) they have always strived to assist. Appointments are easily obtained, nurses are friendly, services delivered well. Anyone marking this place down clearly hasn't seen what else is available out there or lived around the country. Trust me, we are blessed with this place.

Consistently good service from the doctors. Dr. John especially is an exceptional practitioner who looked after my late husband above and beyond . I never have problems with getting an appointment and have been with this practice for almost forty years. During this time there have been many changes of Doctor but overall they have all been remarkably good.

Really pleased that we changed Doctor's. Don't have to jump through first hoops for an appointment and best of all, the GP doesn't make you feel that you're wasting their time, even when you haven't been to the doctor's for two and a half years! (I mention no names). Receptionists are pleasant too. I just think you can catch them overwhelmed and it may appear that they're a little short, sometimes but I don't take personality and I'm always pleasant and they always return my respect. The public aren't easy to work with, to be fair to them.

Absolutely wonderful medical center and really have show their true colours during the COVID pandemic in still providing vital services to Kenilworth, a town with a significant elderly population. Served my family and close friends very well over the years, a true credit to the NHS.

The staff were friendly in the GP part. Id gone for tests.and couldnt find the address. Unfortunately they were very rude to me in the pharmacy. Shouted at me, lady in the back put on a mask and go back 2 metres. I had a lanyard and mask exemption badge on and the person in front of me had moved back to talk to me. When it was my turn they shouted at me again yo stay 2 feet from the counter I had only gone in to ask his to get to medical research centre. They also misdirected to the surgery next door. I was told to walk round the back of me the building to the back door. I only only have turned right and knock on the nearest door to surgery.
