Got a few things dry cleaned recently. Lovely service, very speedy (we had left it late and they got it done for us when we needed it). Really friendly staff, will definitely recommend to people and use again. Thank you very much!
Friendly, helpful staff. Cleaned a suit and dress as rush job in time for a wedding. Once again very impressed with the service.
Would not use. Beautiful expensive dress was taken in to be cleaned here. I'd planned to wear it to a wedding. On collection they advised my hubbie it wasn't ready and wasn't even at this branch. This was the day after the confirmed collection date. So I went in (I couldn't get through on the phone as the girl in the shop was seemingly on it to her sister for however long!). She said she'd been confused and did actually have the dress, but she didn't know which way to press it ??!!? So I showed her which was the front and which was the back. Very very strange. Once I got it home I discovered that the thick elastic belt that was a critical part of the dress, was completely damaged - incredibly loose as the elastic had gone in it. So we had to cut it and stitch it back together. Whether that was the reason they had tried to hold on to my dress or not I will never know. A bad experience and I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
Avoid at all costs. Gave them 2 suit jackets to have the sleeves lengthened. They shortened the sleeves instead. What's worse they cut the excess fabric so that when it came to putting them right again they were unable to. Further they damaged what was left of the sleeves by not removing the buttons carefully. Had to take the jackets to a professional. Thank god Karen at the Karen Delahunty Sewing & Knitting Centre was able to rescue my suits.
