The first thing I noticed was there was no hand gel available for customers to use - this is a blatant omission in a high risk medical related retail environment. I asked the woman behind the counter and she glibly said the only hand gels were those for purchase. That is truly disgraceful. I had run out of important blood pressure meds and needed a few days (about 5 tablets) to cover me as my online EMIS request was delayed due to Christmas/New year.The pharmacist was an unhelpful elderly fellow who had the people skills of a self service checkout. Its not as if people can get high on their BP meds - it was ridiculous AND dangerous. After a call to my surgery, my doctor told me he should have given me a small supply and not refused. He was rude and patronising, I left the store and diverted my prescription request to Boots at Purley. Don't go to this pharmacy, they are not professional or customer focussed.

Friendly enough, but I feel they ask too many questions, patients don't have to discuss with the pharmacist, but can if they wish and patient confidentiality should still stand even when its a family member.
