I only went to this clinic because I thought they were specialist regarding skin issues but I didn’t have a good experience. It probably didn’t help that I had to wait over half an hour for my appointment with my 16 month old getting upset in the waiting room and no apologies from staff for the wait. My main concern was that they were not clear about the out of pocket expenses upfront and it was a bit of a shock getting a bill for 224 for a 10-15 minute appointment. I signed a form saying I’d pay 100 for a minor procedure so that was what I expected to pay. All I’d say to anyone is, expect to pay a lot of out of pocket expenses since they do not bulk bill. I will not be going back to them again. There are plenty of other awesome Doctors in Kenmore that I’ve since found out bulk bill skin checks etc.

I have been attending this Clinic since my first son was born over forty years ago. Have always had wonderful caring doctors and service second to none. I have been seeing Dr Claire Laister for approximately ten years and she is the loveliest and most caring person you could meet. Receptionists and nursing staff are also friendly and caring. Been going to this clinic for 11 years now and have attended appts, for myself and various family members, with almost all the doctors who work there. They’re all v good, knowledgeable and friendly. Reception staff have always been polite and friendly even when they are extremely busy. Highly recommend this clinic.
Dr Claire was very professional and met all my needs. Over the last 3 months I’ve been in hospital and rehab. Requests for information from those involved in my care have been happily and quickly returned. Thank you Heather
Dr Louisa Gilles is a warm, caring and extremely experienced doctor in all aspects. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is genuine in her approach. I wouldnt go to anyone else and i fully trust everything she recommends for me. The whole staff team are always helpful and kind, Kerry the practice manager is prompt and i know anytime i need something done i can count on her and the team to get it done efficiently. I recommend this practice to everyone :)!
Have been going to Kenmore Clinics for about 4 years now. Fantastic clinic, everyone is friendly and all the doctors I have seen have been professional and friendly. Have even stuck with them after moving to the east side of Brisbane. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good clinic.

Dr Georgia is well informed, clear and personable. I’m very comfortable with her approach, she conveys the feeling you are being supported, treated with respect and are being given enough detail.
