They are never in the office anymore. As an essential business they should stay open for customers. I waited over a month for glasses last year. Left so many messages I couldn’t keep count. It took a direct email to the doctor to get them! Then they double bill me for a visit my wife had. Since the COVID 19 took hold, the practice has suffered. Needless to say I’m changing doctors

I apparently am the eternal optimist. The eye exam seemed just fine. I ordered new glasses and was told about two weeks to get them. In the 50 years I have worn glasses and have always gotten them from the doctor, it has never taken that long, but I have always been told that here. So, whatever, it is what it is. It has now been 4 weeks and I still do not have them! It is like this every time and this about the 3rd time I have given it a try, thinking it will be different this time, but nope! Frankly, I am tired of waiting!

I truly like how both the staff workers and Doctor is so friendly and so caring. Their personality level is so friendly but yet professional! You can get both a good laugh in and stylish glasses at the same time. I totally recommend them.

I had a terrible experience here. Got a call for an appointment upon arrival I was notified that I was not available to have an appointment because of insurance. I think it’s the offices responsibility to notify me weather or not I have an appointment before I arrive. When I finally was able to have an appointment it was scheduled for 11:00 and I didn’t see the doctor until 12:00. I believe that they could provide better services.

I absolutely adore the ladies that work here and Dr. Kenmore is fantastic. The customer service is outstanding!!! I always feel so welcome when I come in for my yearly eye exam.
