The first visit was fabulous but after COVID hit, they lost front desk staff and the guy the took over the front area is not very friendly. Went front 5 stars to 3.

I’ve been going to NSEC for a couple years. The dr is very kind & most of the staff. Unfortunately, with the quarantine most of the staff have been furloughed. The quality of service has steeply declined as the optician that has stayed on is very rude, arrogant and thinks that customers are always wrong. It’s really hurting the business & he needs to go. Sorry to see this business on its last leg.
