The staff here is very friendly and helpful. If you go on the weekends, go early (as soon as they open) since it can get crowded. The printing is expensive and they have a 2 minimum so don’t try to print your shipping labels there! But I don’t think those prices are set by the store—probably set by UPS corporate. They also take USPS drop offs there, which is way faster than going to a USPS store.

Wouldnt honor UPS Store online advertised price for printing. Charged me nearly double online advertised price. Easy opportunity for service recovery by honoring online price but they chose not to do it. Poor service.
