When we suspected a slab leak, we knew who we could trust to do an excellent job at a fair price with wonderful people to call upon and have into our home - Charlie's Plumbing. Not only did they fulfill our high expectations, but they went beyond. When we took a look at their work, it was beautifully done. Over the years, Charlie's has done everything: repairing toilets, installing new faucets and disposal after new countertops were installed, shower faucet valve replacement and now, rerouting the slab leak through the attic. Every time they come out, they are enjoyable, uplifting, honest, professional and of highest integrity. I enjoy calling because Jesse is a pro at listening, accessing and just being a joy. Tommy, Bryan and Steve are our plumbing heroes. We can count on them to do a job of the highest quality at the best price and do it all happily. Thank you, to everyone at Charlie's Plumbing, for being there for us!

I had high expectations with this company when they visited. I sent them a document detailing my experiences with the problem I had in the hope they might identify a pattern and a possible solution. They were scheduled to show and asked me to invite the water department - which now costs 75. They would have probably got business for at least 2,000 or more as we had two properties with similar problems. The day came for the appointment, and the City was there, and they did not show. We had to call them repeatedly. Then, in the afternoon, they sent an email and said the project was beyond their scope and bad for their business reputation if they failed. Why accept a project if you cannot do it? And why not cancel instead of costing your potential customer 75? I believe the Master Plumber was intelligent enough to do it, and had faith, but I fear he, or his company, lacked confidence and were quite a let down in how they handled this situation.
Scheduling was quick and easy, arrived on time and got the job done (replaced toilet). I will call them again when I have a need.
Contacted Charlie's Plumbing when I discovered my old water heater was leaking. They came out the very next morning and took care of it for me, pronto! They are trustworthy and did a great job for a reasonable price. Aubrey is the one you talk to when you call and she is terrific. Very pleased with Charlie's Plumbing. Definitely recommend them.
