I love Pecan Manor...the location, the facility, and especially the reliable caregivers! My mother in law has lived at Pecan Manor for 4 years, after living in a much more expensive and exclusive facility for 2 years, but then had to go on Medicaid. Amazingly, every aspect of her stay at Pecan Manor has been so much BETTER than the previous facility and she has improved more and more over the years! My husband and I felt so relieved, we NO LONGER have to try to keep up with her laundry and other items, or deal with doctors and attendants always changing or not knowing her personally, as Pecan Manor has doctors, nurses, and aids who have been there for years and have a personal relationship with our Mom that helps her feel safe in her state of advanced Dementia. I highly recommend Pecan Manor for rehab or long term care!

Beware don't work here very bad upper management If your a cna or nurse. Plus they don't take care of there patients correctly.

I have been with this facility for 12 years and we continue to have great State Surveys each year. Most of the management team has been with the facility for 8 years. Many of the staff have been here 15 years. Pecan Manor changed ownership a year ago and the new owners have made improvements to the facility. We are a smaller facility which we feel we can give residents the extra attention some of the larger facilities aren't able to do. Come check us out.

I have been employed at Pecan Manor for 12 years. The reason I have been here so long is the uniqueness we have as a team here at the facility. I believe the staff we have truly care for their residents and show up every day to meet their needs.
