It takes a few visits to get anything done unless you’re just sending mail. Any services like setting up a mailbox, locating a package, figuring out where you receive your mail, that all will take multiple visits

The Not So Whites

The black lady with the curly hair and possible accent is absolutely rude! All I did was walk in and stand in line. I did not say anything or talk to her. With a clear attitude, she tells me to drop of my box when my box wasn’t even for drop off. I then answered and told her I would need assistance. She pierced me with her eyes and rolled her eyes. How is she in customer service? 9:45 am in the morning! She told the other worker to help me because I said I needed assistance like it was a crime. As the line grew, her attitude worsened. I guess she’s semi-fine only if there’s one customer there at all times.

I went there to mail very important documents that update and continue my Licensing in the state of Texas. USPS staff was very helpful and nice and courteous. I will go back here. I do wonder why the post service feels like they have to deliver mail everyday to rural mailboxes, it doesn't make sense. Of course this has nothing to do with this individual post office.
