I am new to Minnesota and horrible about making appointments. This office was able to accommodate me the same day. Thorough exam and good communication. Pricing is great. The staff was able to assist me with ordering my contacts and glasses. They were able to order my contacts and have them shipped to my home. I’m very pleased with my experience here. Will recommend and plan on coming back!

My family has been going to Kennedy Eye Associates for the last 2 years, and after my experience with their misleading practices, we will never darken the doors of this place again. Do not fall for their misleading practice of scheduling you for eye tests that they "don't have time for " during your initial eye examination. These are additional tests that aren't covered by most insurance providers until you reach your deductible. So I'm on the hook for 217 for additional testing that I didn't need. I explained that to the billing clerk that I would pay the 217 because I didn't want it sent to collections, but I also told her our family of four would no longer patronize Kennedy Eye Associates and she seemed just fine with that.

Me and my husband have been going to Kennedy Eye Associates\u200b for years. In our recent experience Michelle and Mike have helped us tremendously! They have a personal touch for up to date frames and how well they go with a persons lifestyle/activity coinciding with the frames durability. I would highly recommend to make an appointment...and while you are there...say Hi to Mike and Michelle...they will take really good care of You :)

It has been 50 years I have been seeing Dr. Robert Kennedy. The cost is a little high but well worth seeing a specialist. I have utmost respect for him and have confidence in him so that I will continue seeing to the best of my ability.

Dr. Kennedy did not ask my questions about my eyes, he did not communicate what he saw on my exams or ask me about my medications. He stated that my plugs in my tear ducts (that were designed to be permanent) needed to be replaced despite them working perfectly. He unknowingly (to me) replaced them with an inferior plug which required multiple follow-up visits until I just found a new optometrist. If Dr. Kennedy does not want to talk to people, he should find a new profession. The only way I could get any medications prescribed was by asking him 3 times per visit. I felt like he was trying to usher me in and out in 5 minutes and that I was pestering him if I tried to learn about the health of my own eyes. Stay away. The Roseville Opticians are great though! The woman that runs it is always fun and helpful.

Friendly staff, outrageous pricing. Wearing the same contacts for 4yrs and required a fitting, totally fine, standard... but 140 for a fitting... First and last time coming here.

I have difficulty doing the traditional eye exam where you look through the thing-a-ma-jig, and lens are flipped around, while being asked repeatedly "which is better, one or two?". I'm just terrible at it. When looking for a new optometrist, as I am relatively new to the area, I called around to find an optometrist that uses an auto-refractor that provides a base prescription just by looking in a machine. Dr. Kennedy does, and then he confirms the prescription with the "which looks better?" traditional exam. Also, he uses all of the latest technology, such as a machine that images and records the blood vessels in your eyes, a laser machine that counts a sample area of cells on the back of the inside of your eye, another that checks for macular degeneration, and another that tests your field of vision to screen for glaucoma. He has the best equipped optometry office I've seen. And, all of this technology use generates real data that can be used as a baseline to note changes in your eyes from year to year so if something starts to go wrong, it will be noted right away. It is definitely an improvement over simply dialating your pupil and peering in with a little light. I am seeing better than I have in years!
