Entered 3m bair hugger 4 or 5years ago. always got monthly update from them. But now I have to call them,and they act like they have no idea what I talking about. i was impressed with the fast return of my settlement. the attorneys did exactly what they said they were going to do. I also appreciated the anonymity being respected. I really have only 1 thing That wasn’t awful but enough to take off 1/2 star (which isn’t an option) & that was that although it was a generous amount, when I actually did the math I found I came up short over the long run, but I do feel vindicated. I wish the firm knew what kind of wrangling the defendant has now resorted to: they succeeded in their activity by simply re-modeling & re-packaging the same practice...greed is such a motivator for creativity, isn’t it?
