I just got off the phone with Kennedy Hydraulics, and I've got to say they've taken rude and offensive to another level. I'm dumbfounded that they've been in business for as long as they have. I asked for a quote for a new Rexroth AA6VM160 hydraulic motor and the guy tells me he's not interested in being involved due to the fact our drilling business is in Mexico. I said that if we could get a quote and decide we would like to order from them, that we would pay 100% up front. He said, ot interested\. He then said, ,\I've got some other calls to tend to\, and he hung up. As a business owner, if I ever heard an employee speak to a customer, or a potential customer, the way the guy at Kennedy spoke to me...it'd be his last day on the job. I have no patience for rudeness. In business, keeping your head above water is tough enough without treating your potential customers as unwanted calls. I imagine Kennedy has scared off potential customers for years, and after reading their reviews, I see there's a pattern of abusive charges, overpriced service and offensive treatment. I certainly don't wish anything bad for Kennedy...I just hope they get what they deserve. Good, bad or otherwise. My recommendation: if you want to be treated as a valued customer, go anywhere but Kennedy Hydraulics.

Beware, terrible service and crooks! They told us that our hydraulic valve would be 50 to inspect and then they would call us to let us know what it looked like and that the 50 would go towards the repairs. They also told us it would only take 1/2 and hour to an hour to repair. We decided to have them check it out, after several days and us calling them they finally told me Friday morning that our valve was the next to be worked on and they would call. I waited all day and called them after not hearing anything from them. They then proceeded to tell me that it was going to be around 400 - 500. I told them that I would just buy a new one for under 150. The man at that point got short with me and said fine, you can just have it back in pieces. I could have just left it with them and not paid a dime but I sent my son to pick up the part. When he returned he told me that they charged 100! I'm fine with paying the agreed inspection charge of 50 but to be charged 100 and have it returned in pieces, that's the worst mechanic move ever to pay someone to fix something and just get it back in pieces. If I take it apart I know how it goes back together, anyway that doesn't matter as I won't be using it anyway but the point is that they were not honest, didn't communicate when they told me they would call after inspection and then rude when I didn't want to spend so much to have it fixed. This company has horrible service and very dishonest! What a joke, don't use them! It's much cheaper to buy a new replacement on the internet than to waste so much time and money on these dishonest joker's!!

Horrible service from this business. Had them reseal a motor, was told it was tested prior to repair leading to the diagnosis of needing resealed. Brought them another motor, asked to have tested. They claim they've never tested a component prior to repairs. At this point the old man is cursing. So they lie! And have a temper. Took motor to Empire Hydraulics and they do test components before repairing and they were over 100 cheaper for the same reseal. So Kennedy is a rip off as well! Stear clear folks.
