Had the pleasure of meeting the crew at MSY in Kenner, LA. Although just in passing, Brenda S. and her team left an incredible impression on me and my friends as we arrived last week for the National Championship. Fully loaded with Clemson gear, we were greeted immediately, offered a drink and were warmly welcomed by everyone in the building (even though it was obvious most of Brenda's team were LSU Tigers. We had a great conversation before leaving for the hotel but on our return 4 days later Brenda S. and her team remembered I loved the local beer, and provided a case of some of the area's finest. I highly recommend Atlantic Aviation in Kenner LA for great customer service, and a great atmosphere. We will be back! Go Tigers! (the real ones)

An older FBO that would need some revamp and renovation. While the front desk staff is friendly there are some points of critique: Fuel order from the previous night was not ready in the morning The flight planning stations are basic, printer was out of paper, no stapler, paperclips, pens, etc. Negligence. Pilot lounge is basic at best. Men's bathroom basic. In general there is bit too much private conversation among staff members going on. Also problems are not addressed adequately. Example: a pilot standing next to me asked if newspapers were delivered with the catering. No proactive help, only \I don't know\. Pricing is ok and in par with the service levels.
Terrible customer service and blatant rudeness from desk personnel.
