Kenneth homes is hands down the BEST! I would highly recommend Ken and his team. They were absolutley amazing to work with. They truly care about the quality of the homes they build and will listen to you and work with you to build the home of your dreams! We have told all of our friends/ family about Kenneth homes as well as all of our neighbors who built our house, as we get compliments often...We are truly blessed to have been able to go through this process with Ken and we thank him and all of those involved! If you are looking for a home look no further you will be glad you did!

Ken along with the entire staff were great to deal with. Their attention to details was great as was their ability to work on fixing anything that we were not happy with. I would 100% reccomend Kenneth homes as a builder. We live in a community where most homes were built by Heartland and Garman. Our home construction is not only on par with those builders but in many ways better. Thanks again!
Overall the properties Kenneth Homes put together seem great at first. However after about a year and a half the poor quality really starts to show up. Our house was just over 1 year old and two windows and the sliding glass door went bad. The concrete prefabricated basement walls had cracked and began leaking. NO help from the builder or the window company. They made the claim process so financially unappealing and difficult that you just give up. A buyer is better off investing in an older home and replacing things opposed to buying one of Kenneth Homes and replacing everything as well. Cheap Cheap Cheap!
