Everything was great buying from them. Got home and the product we bought didn't work. I called them about it and someone got back with me. Everything still seemed to be great. They told me they would look in a book to try to figure out what was wrong with the pump we bought. Last time I heard from them. Text messaged the number they had me send pictures to. Message shows they read it and still haven't heard anything back. Pretty much seems the pump I bought isn't the type that's a priority to do something about. Now, out 300.00 and still have no pump. This store will not get anymore of my money. First bad review I've ever in my life given but good business is good business and bad business is my experience with this store. Now I get to enjoy dealing with the manufacturer to get something done which is sad considering they are completely obsolete as well. Lesson learned, never buy intex products and avoid buying any smaller pump from keith jones.
