I am beyond DISGUSTED with the level of service and care of Dr. Ruffolo and her staff!!! Unfortunately, my elderly mother is a patient. I have called 3 times in 2 days for my mother who is seriously sick!!! AND I still have have NOT received a call back from ANYONE at the office. What is WRONG with you people??!! I will be filing a complaint with the state as well. Along with finding a new physician who actually CARES about their patients and what happens to them!!!!

It was odd going thru piggly wiggly to get to very cold Dr. office. They were nice & professional. BUT THEY NEVER ORDER MY SCRIPT. I'M EVEN SICKER NOW ! I CALLED OVER 10 TIMES. THEY KEPT LYING & PROMISING TO SOLVE PROBLEMS. I WILL BE CALLING THE STATE.

I saw Dr Ruffalo ana was very happy with her level of service. She takes her time when speaking to you. Being a new patient she was very thorough and detailed.explained everything to me so there were no unanswered questions. I was new to Wisconsin and searching for a Dr. for me after I got my kids taken care of, glad I found her.
