This dealership has definitely nailed down the key to a blissful purchasing experience. Usually I dread going to the dealership to buy a new car, but Kenosha Subaru made it a super easy, chill and quick process. Their service center is also one of the nicest ones I've been too and I'm speaking about the staff and the facility. Was forced to open claims and complaints with Subaru of America, BBB of Wisconsin, and ATCP WI as a result from failure to resolve issues after work they performed, being forced to pay amounts that should of been deemed warranty , and all my complaints with the Service manager and District parts and service manager met with ongoing excuses and omitting/ or acceptance of liability . Buyer beware , i highly advise any dealings with service or new vehicle purchase accompanied with a 3rd party knowledgeable in automotive trade and practices. After reviewing the comment from dealer and having time to research my records i was able to find documentation that instead of replacing my engine at 36, 000 miles well within the 60k powertrain warranty they simply changed the plugs did the recall and allowed my vehicle to need all the goodwill and warranty work they claimed i should be grateful for. Please dispute why Kenosha Subaru did not replace my engine at 36,000 miles.

I just bought my beautiful Acadia at Subaru Kenosha yesterday & I cannot brag enough about the staff! I love my safe, reliable, and super sleek SUV but it’s truly the staff that deserve 5 ️! The transition from my old vehicle was done with no hiccups & timely! They were all personable & patient with some of the humor we were looking for along the way (I’m very picky!) I went home with an awesome car!! Best sales experience in a very long time ! Fast forward my warranty for the interior is not covered as explained disappointing that I found out the hard way.. expensive and useless to me.

I had a great experience at Kenosha Subaru. After being in a car accident and having to buy a car on short notice, Jim found the perfect used car for me. The staff was very responsive and attentive throughout the whole process. Omar was a delight to work with through the financing process. Even after the purchase, Jim was very attentive to us. We will continue to visit them for service and maintenance.
