AWESOME SERVICE. GREAT COMPANY. Ken's Service was: quick to arrive; very friendly with GREAT attitudes and happy to be of assistance, even though it was late. Due to snow & ice conditions I was unable to get up my driveway. I parked at my neighbors. After getting my driveway cleared a bit, the rental got stuck in my neighbors' driveway. Within minutes of arriving, they got the rental out unstuck from my neighbors' driveway and pulled right up my driveway & parked rental in my garage. They MADE my night!!! Will always call them after hours for service in the future. Great job guys

I could not crank my car up. Roger from the company came over and helped identify the issue and solved it instantly. He was a real pro. On time, professional and knowledgeable. Great service, highly recommended!

My car slid off my driveway and I could not get it to go anywhere. I called my roadside service and they sent Ken’s the next morning. The guy was really nice. My mother went out there with him and he told her to get in the car and put it in drive while he pulled it backwards. I don’t understand how that would work? Also after they got my car where I needed it, it was a day or so before I got in and drove it. I IMMEDIATELY feel something was wrong. I had a guy friend look at it and he said yep your rear shock is broken. I called Ken’s and told them but I have yet to hear from Ken himself and any plan to get this fixed. Hopefully they will do the right thing soon and call me.
