Please train staff to ensure that mask mandate apply to all members don't go around policing to just members of color who pay the same amount as other members. Please let staff know that paper towels run low often and sanitation spray is always running low. Might be a good idea to have your staff make rounds on the floor before making videos and post on social media on their phones consistently.

The staff expect the members to obey posted signs, but they don’t follow them themselves. There is a small sign on the door that says that masks are mandatory, but there’s a big sign above the front door that says “24 HOUR FITNESS,” yet they close at 9 PM. Where I come from, that is called lying. Keep in mind, that King County is currently on Phase 3 and there are no state mandates about gyms closing for eight hours per night. This is just dishonesty and laziness on their part, using Covid as a scapegoat.

In this place staff is just as professional as it could be. The place is clean and very spacious with wide variety of equipment. You never need to wait to use any machine. Members seem classy as well. Those mask bullies who have been complaining in their reviews about some people don’t wear mask in the way to satisfy them ; better get their information straight: corporates follow state guidelines for mask restrictions; Washington state guideline says that medically conditioned people are exempted from wearing masks. And you questioning why they don’t wear mask is against the HIPA and illegal. Mind your own business and be a little civil.

I trained with Derek Bratescu for two months, he was an amazing trainer. He helped me and motivated me to get back to working out after COVID-19. He helped me to be able to do my own diet and show me different techniques for working out the muscles. He is a great guy and he will push u to ur limits. He also a good company and fun to train with. He also keep in touch wit me outside the gym if i have any questions.

Derek Bratescu is an INCREDIBLE trainer. He helped me lose 65 lbs and 22% body fat. Derek patiently listens to my frustrations, celebrates my successes, talks me through my doubts and cares as I teared up while talking about my fears. I wanted to take the time to give 5 stars to the 24 Hour Fitness management located in Panther Lake. I was helped by a manager called Torry (Sorry if I misspelled) He was very professional, he listened to my concerns, asked me relevant questions, addressed my concerns and provided options. He is a great example of exceptional customer service; I've also noticed he is constantly coaching his employees, helping customers and even refilling cleaning stations. Thank you Torry for your hard work and carrying about your customers.
