We brought our dog to be seen at 9:08am. Because of Covid, they have a sign up sheet at the door amd ask patrons to wait in their car. At 12:22 we received a text that our wait would be approximately another hour and a half. Then an hour later we received an email asking us to rate the service we received. What service?! We called, nobody would answer the 9 times we called over the next 30 minutes. Then my husband knocked on their door. He was told that they try to fit in vaccination appointments between exams. So that means that people who arrived well after we did were being seen before us! They didn't take our dog in until 1:45 and not so much as an apology for making us wait 4 hours and 36 minutes. I don't care how much you save at this veterinarian office because over 5 hours of our time by the time it was all said and done was worth more than what we \saved.\ Do yourself and your pet a favor amd find another veterinary office.

My dogs love coming to this vet! Wait times even without Covid are horrible! They need someone who can just do nail trims and shots - sort of an express! Would go a little faster than waiting 2 hours for just a nail trim. Prices are great but considering going elsewhere, so you don’t spend all day there!
I was recommended this clinic by a friend when I couldn’t afford the quote for dental work at a vet in Seattle. As their name states, their quote was severely lower and much more affordable. My cats received the care they needed without breaking my bank account. I’ve been coming back ever since. It breaks my heart to see these recent low reviews. If you don’t like their check in process, go somewhere else. No need to put them on blast for a first come, first serve policy. This is a great vet clinic, and they’re doing the best they can during these trying times. They will continue to have my support and patronage!
I've always had great service here and they are always so kind to my dog. I can always count on them to take care of my dog.
The staff really love what they do here- it is very obvious!! Definitely coming back! We are super impressed how well they cared for our little feline :) It was a long wait but I don't blame them. Covid sucks!!
