When I canceled my membership, owner Antonio handled everything wearing a mask on his chin (maybe he breaths through his chin and not his mouth or something?). Now they claim to be clean, but every time I pass by, there's groups of people exercising without masks. For your own health, avoid this place.
Avoid this particular location. I got into an argument with the new owner Antonio because he refuses to purchase new barbell pads for the club, a simple 50 expense at best. He then proceeded to cancel my membership when I stated that I would mention his negligence in my review. His pompous, over-inflated ego does not understand the concept of customer service or appreciation. Please consider 24 Hour Fitness 1.5 miles south, or Planet Fitness 1.5 miles west of this gym. ****RESPONSE TO THE OWNER**** Everything I have said and will say can be verified by your cameras, I have video for reference as well. For starters Antonio made it clear to me that the barbell pads were being stolen and were not being replaced because he considered them a bad investment. He never said he purchased new ones that is a blatant lie. However if indeed the club has now provided new barbell pads then I have already succeeded. With regards to the mask I immediately placed it back on as asked and made no further mention of it all the while he’s speaking to me with his mask attached below the chin and not covering his face. Antonio was absurdly irrational, unprofessional and ill-tempered, completely unfit for management and even went as far as threatening me with pressing charges for assault over the incident (unbelievable). I hope you review the tape and consider making better staffing choices for the security of your members. For reference I’ve attached an image displaying the complete hypocrisy in your reply. And I’ll be happy to say I’m vastly enjoying the MUCH larger and newly remodeled 24 Hour Fitness down the road, at a lower membership cost.
So far I really like this gym. Has a great circuit. Very clean. I love the virtual reality workout studio!! It's a smaller gym which I like and it's perfect. The staff is very helpful with showing how to use equipment. Very fun environment to workout in.
This is a great place to workout. At first thought you might think , the gym is small but i guarantee that you can get your workouts in , even if you area an advance level fitness enthusiast. The gym is clean, the bathroom stalls are big, water dispenser works great. The staff is very friendly, especially Antonio. He is the guy , if you have any inquiries. i would suggest to directly talk to Antonio. He is very professional and always willing to help. This gym is a hidden gem for people who would prefer to workout in a smaller gym.
