It is definitely fresh, which is way I stopped in hoping for. The gal working was nice and let me use the restroom even though they were closed. It was my 1st time there and I was far from home stuck in traffic. I had the grilled veggie burrito.

Happen to love places where I can see into the kitchen. Everything is fresh and tasty here. Salsa bar is great too. Prefer the shrimp salad with chili lime and their Wahoo fish taco combo. Friendly staff as well gets the 4 stars.

Fresh means TRULY fresh. And wholesome too. I've driven more than an hour sometimes just to get to a Baja Fresh
