I once posted a review, then deleted it because I wanted to give them another chance. Charlene Barrett is a joke. She reached out to me to stating she had a position I matched for and wanted to meet with me to discuss the job. I agreed. She didn't show up to that initial meeting and didn't contact me until 2 days later. (This is when I wrote my original now-deleted review.) After she apologized, she asked if I would still be interested in discussing the position, and because I felt it was a job I would enjoy, I agreed. We agreed on the phone to a 4:30pm meeting and then I received an email invite for a 4:00pm meeting. Not a big deal to me. I showed up at 3:50pm and received no contact from her. I decided to stay past 4:30 (since that's what we verbally agreed to in the first place). At 4:45, I gave up and left. I had reached out to her via email, calls, and texts, with no word. It was only after I left the meeting place, at 4:55 pm, that I received a text message from her saying she had just arrived. Wow. That complete lack of respect for someone's time and inability to communicate is what forced me to give a 1 star review.
