This place is wonderful!!! The pricing isn't bad at all compared to other places. The environment is clean, the staff is very friendly, the kids enjoy running around and having different options to play and bounce on, and there's even a play area for babies who can't jump! This place is great for kids of all ages - even big ones! I recommend having a birthday party here :)
Great place to bring kids! Well worth the price of admission. And hour here wears them out nicely and they have a good variety for all kids, from toddlers up. The staff is very nice and always warm and friendly. My go to on rainy and cold days to get the kids worn out.
Great customer service
Great place for kid's birthday parties. They have a few bouncy things, and a play area, that you get to use just for your party, privately. And you get a small room for your cake and gifts at the end. Kids always have a great time.
Very fun for kids, lots of different bouncy houses and sports you can play inside the bouncy house. Service was quick and easy. No troubles were made during the party. You can easily get booked into the party you are looking forward to going to. One last thing you can do there is that you can play air hockey and foosball when you're tired out.
Great, clean and safe place to bring your kids to play. Staff is extremely friendly. For parties you MUST bring YOUR OWN FOOD and SILVERWARE. Nowhere on the website does it state they provide them. So those of you that state the website does say it are lying. The only things they provide are the space, tables, tablecloths, and seating. Do your own research when renting the place out so you don’t look stupid. Thanks BIU!
When my daughter was invited to a birthday party last year here she had so much fun I knew this is where her party would be. When I called to book the space the staff who worked there was so calm and very helpful. I had a morning party from 10am to 12 noon which all my party guest later thanked me for. They all said they had lots of fun with their kid and still had all day to get things done. There were tablecloths of my color choice already set up in the party room when I got there and I was given a handy push cart to use while carrying my cake and party supplies in. The party room was the perfect size and the bounce space is huge to the kids and small enough where you can keep an eye on them. I really like this place and I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend a party here. We will be back to play on random days for sure. :)
