Great staff, very caring and good communication. I just didn't like how the tooth polish was fruit flavor, I wish they would have asked what flavor I wanted before they started. I would have chosen mint. But overall it was a good experience, great service, I highly recommend this dental office.

I had my braces done with Dr Abie and her staff and there are great. My teeth were crooked and I had gaps in my tooth she had it straightened and now can’t stop smiling. I will recommend to anyone.

I went here to get my teeth fixed. First day was good but the following day they treated me like I couldn't afford the cost . My insurance covers only the month of December 2020 so I ask them if i can get an appointment before the 25th of December and they lady told me she'd call me asap but never happen. So I called them and beg them if I can get my teeth fix ASAP before the end of December 2020 and again, they promise me to call me back but never did. This place will only help you if you look rich and dress up good. Hey bit hes I'm making 56/hr . I may look thug to you guys but I can afford the cost . Now 8 members of the family. Would never do business with them.

Look, nobody goes to the dentist because they are having an amazing day, but the folks here were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, informative, and they alerted me to both a potential insurance issue AND how to fix it before I even arrived. The front desk folks were knowledgeable, and the bedside manner of the medical staff was second to none. None of us WANT to be in that chair, but this was the best dental experience I’ve had in years!

Had a really bad experience with the bright now dental in Kent. I was in for a regular cleaning and ended up waiting for the dentist for 2 hours. Also my boyfriend came in for a new patient appointment and they told him he was going to get a cleaning as well and after waiting for and hour they turn around and say never mind we won’t be doing anything for you today! It’s was extremely frustrating the fact the they book appointment back to back and only have one dentist. And the front desk people were not having patients follow social distancing they had to many people in the waiting area. You would think due to COVID 19 they would be more careful about distancing people’s appointments!
