If you like to lose, this is the firm for you! I was ignored for weeks with out returned emails or phone calls. Never got input on the defense, Joshua was not prepared and the other lawyer ripped him apart. When the judge ask me a question, Joshua yelled at me in front of the whole court (zoom meeting). Had to call Joshua before the first hearing because he had never even tried to talk to me. We lost, I still have not received the final paper work that the judge issued. Once again I am being ignored, dodged calls and emails. Oh and when we lost, he dropped me like a hot potato. He is holding my paper work hostage because my dad gave him a bad review, well here is another one. If you defended me as hard as you defend your review ratings we probably would have won. You are better taking your money anywhere else. Edit- They are still holding my papers because of a bad review, such babies. For real, go somewhere else, unless you need to lose your case.

I have been working with Josh and Christine for over a year now and they have been nothing short of amazing! The expertise and knowledge of the people at Brumley law firm are extensive. They have been able to help me when no one else could. My family law case has been an extremely high conflict one, to say the least. When I first contacted Josh, I only had every other weekend from Friday at 3 pm to Sunday at 4 pm. Josh was able to make huge strides in my case more than doubling the residential time my daughter and I have together. I now have my daughter overnight every Thursday and every other week from Thursday after school until Monday morning. Between Josh’s deep understanding of the law and his way with words, and Christine’s precision navigating complicated court documents, I feel well represented at their hands. They go above and beyond more often than any law firm I have experienced in the past. It's clear they are practicing law because they genuinely care about the well-being of children and not simply collect a paycheck. Not only was he highly unprofessional, but he was terribly ill prepared for my case. Fee was about what the rest of the world charged, but not only could I not get in contact with him, his support staff couldn't even get my number right, even though I called 3 seperate times to make sure. I was given an excuse of someone being on \vacation\ that I had just talked with an hour before?!?! I don't believe that he had even read any of the letters that were written beforehand. He was not prepared to answer. No I would not... NEVER... would I recommend him to anyone

This is a well organized law firm with Josh leading an extremely competent, professional, and attentive staff. They are consistent, timely, and very responsive in dealing with a chaotic court and judicial system attempting to manage its way through the current COVID crisis. I have yet to meet any of them in the office, but feel I know all of them as they are extremely personable as well.
