Story of two halves this one. Visited the shop six months ago and then phoned and got some brilliant advice. Ordered 2 kayaks, paddles etc. Service second to none. Drove 100 miles to collect stuff today and had to really push to engage the guy in the shop for some advice on buoyancy aids - I’m easy going but I honestly nearly walked out. As it happened after pestering the shop keeper, got the four buoyancy aids to fit the family and spent 1700 quid in total in the process. Don’t know if I got them on a bad day or they’ve just had enough after all the lockdown business but the guy I dealt with today just seemed totally uninterested. Pleased I’ve got the kayaks but wouldn’t recommend after today’s unfortunate experience.
