Charged me delivery and assembling fee. The Russians delivery people came, dumped the boxes and left. Without assembling. Told them about assembling it. They said no. That’s not our job. Called the furniture store twice for reimbursement. Never got it.
We went in looking for patio furniture and Ali was very kind and helpful from start to finish. Delivery was easy and reliable. Prices are much lower than other places too so worth stopping by to explore.
So in LOVE with my new Sofa / Love Seat & Dining Table set! We went in Wednesday evening to look for new furniture for our new place. Left with an expected delivery on FRIDAY. Yes, 1 day delivery. The guys were on time, very friendly, and even set up and move it around to my liking. Phil was great and easy to talk to. I will always recommend Costless to all family and friends now. I recently moved into my first home and needed to upgrade my furniture! Originally I was on offerup looking for a sectional couch. People always sell used furniture to high. Well I came across Imad's offerup page and he had a bunch of nice looking peices of furniture that was brand new. So I messaged him and he had the prices I wanted.
