Been going for a few weeks now and really enjoying it. People are friendly and encouraging and already starting to feel better. Workouts are challenging but go at your own pace and you will keep getting better and better.

One of the best decisions of my life! They are so knowledgeable and helpful and really work with you no matter what level you are at. I had back and knee pain for YEARS before finally giving this place a chance and they actually fixed my knees and back!! I didn't know that was possible! I am stronger, faster and more confident in my abilities than I have ever been and I owe it to these guys! Call them today, you wont regret it!!

I joined CrossFit Devotion a year and a half ago...best decision I could have made for my health and fitness. The coaches, facilities, and environment are top notch. I am in better shape now then I ever was when going to the big box gyms. I feel blessed to be a part of the CFD family!
