John is really customer service oriented and prides himself in telling his customers what type of insurance would be best for your particular situation. John is really responsive to my questions and concerns that I call him about. He really has saved me lots of money when purchasing insurance policies. John makes sure you get discounts that are available and helped us get signed up for Farmer’s Signal, which measures various aspects during your driving trips. The application runs on my cell phone and reports to a server that evaluates your driving trips ratings and assigns a discount figure towards your insurance renewals. My wife and myself usually get a good discount rate for every renewal period since we’ve been with Farmer’s, about 5 years now. John Scully is an insurance agent that I can really trust with my insurance needs. He does not sell you insurance just to make more commission money, he tells you all the facts and listens to your questions and answers them truthfully so you can make an informed decision. John doesn’t push you to make your decisions, if you’re not comfortable purchasing an insurance policy he tells you to think about it so you’re comfortable and are willing to proceed forward with the purchase...even if it takes several weeks before you’re ready. I know because that’s what I did when I needed more time to evaluate things before moving forward...John patiently waited for me to contact him with my decision.
