I have worked with Hilton nursing partners for nearly 3 years and have NOT looked back, Hilton have given me fantastic opportunities to further my career, working in a friendly environment every day with a very supportive team. I have found Hilton is very patient centred working, putting the patients needs first, and giving every patient the opportunity to have a choice. Hilton's staff training is at high quality, making sure all staff become highly skilled based. Before Hilton I have worked with the NHS for most of my working life, but now have found a company who thinks out of the box, always thinking of new opportunities for supporting patients, who would be otherwise without options or with limited input into their own care journey
