We had a great experience with Ideal Countertops! The service and craftsmanship were exceptional. Our project manager was incredibly thorough and checked in along the way to ensure quality at each stage. Our project consisted of custom cabinet installation & a quartz counter top. We highly recommend Ideal Countertops.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service we have received from Ideal countertops. They were friendly and professional. Installation went by quickly yet most importantly clean and efficient. Definitely will be doing all of our other projects only with Ideal! Everything was done to 100% perfection! Thank you!
Did a full kitchen remodel and living space remodel. In the end the we were for the most part satisfied with the work, however some of the sub contractors hired were not professional and did a very lousy and sloppy job. Some parts having to either redo the work, settling for it or we did some of it ourselves in order to keep to an acceptable timeline. The one thing that will make us think twice before using them again is that there was one part of our contract that didn't get done. It was in the attic and we didn't realize that it wasn't fully done until we had a separate contractor come out for something else. It wasn't too long after we just complete this remodel work, so we emailed the owner and he agreed he would just reimburse us the 200 for the incomplete work. After multiple attempts to contact him regarding this, we still have not seen the money nor heard from him.
Excellent company to use for countertops, Igor and his team delivered! Look forward to doing business with again.
