Had a wonderful experience here in Kent Licensing Agency! Glad we came here to Kent office -- [ other place was at FW, took a number #72, they were serving #56 (left because only 1 person was handling it, same person that served us day before, yikes)]. Anyway back to the positives! This place was very helpful! Of course its hard to tell good from bad -- until you and I have experienced worst. When we came here (June 7, about 11am) there were about 5 people in line for tabs and 2 for title, they were helped by the gentlemen in about 15 mins (that's fast compare to other place). We were here for Title, different line, came out about 11:40 am (took about 30 mins, it was harder because, owner was deceased, car was stolen and was in impound yard (had to get it out to respect his memory and property). At Title window, we met Nicci, her first day at work, she did very well! She had to forward us to Chrisy, whom had the experience to complete the task. They both helped ease a stressful time time in our lives. All in all was able to get back to FW impound, paid fees, got car back and my wife still left for work before 1pm. A BIG THANK YOU! to Chrisy and her Team @ Kent Licensing. Also, thank you to the nice lady, between Nicci and Chrisy for paying attention and directing us to Chrisy. I went today march 31th 2011 , the lady on window 6 was the worst people i ever met in my whole life. Really bad customer service. And the worst attitude. Who ever in charge should do something about this. This is not a way to treat people coming there to get service. I wish there way 0 star I would happily given it.

The worst possible place to go for a title transfer. I'd recommend driving to Spokane before going to this place. If you pay the late fee they will transfer anything, wrong dates mismatching signatures,...but if not they will find any I that isn't dotted or T that isn't crossed. This has happened to me several times. I think I've learned my lesson. I haven't had this problem with other places. She says it's a state thing... So if I pay 150 bucks they will transfer any title despite any scribble marks on one of the dates for writing the wrong year. But if I don't....then I better have every date correct and name perfect. Even if though the date is written 3 different times. And the original released the title online.

With the current covid situation, I was afraid to step in to the office in person and I was also in need of an out of state vehicle registration. I called in to discuss my needs and Chrisy F. was able to answer all my questions and concerns in regards to the mailing process. I was expecting turn around of my license plate in several weeks to a month with reported delays to USPS. Kent Licensing Agency was able to get my license plate to me in under a week. Thanks for the prompt service!

I was concerned about going to this location because of recent negative reviews but it was less than 1.5 miles from where I live so I went anyway. There was a door greeter who was very pleasant and helpful. The woman at the window was extremely friendly. I can't remember the last time I received such great service. Do not let the negative reviews fool you, this is the place to go for your licensing needs.

Terrible experience with transferring a title. After alerting clerk that she had charged me a 5 dollar fee as a donation without my consent she yelled at me accusing me of “coming at her” and flipped me off in front of other customers. It was a barbaric act and I was very racially offended. Por favor tengan cuidado paisas con este negocio que cobra 5 dollars de donación sin su consentimiento. No es necesario donar nomas para este negocio reciba una rebaja de impuestos.

I needed my tabs replaced and they got me in and out in 15-20 minutes (mid afternoon and I wasn’t the only one). The ladies in the front working the covid protocol (making sure people stood in the correct line and spaced out) were super friendly and cool, and the person behind the counter was super efficient and also nice. I’ve always had a good experience at this location.

Best people work here. This is not my first time go to a Licensing Agency, but Kent has been the most friendly. In and out within 30 mins ( I do have to get line for a little but in early morning)
