Helpful officials. Nice layout.

Not a friendly town at all. Everyone I met was rude and seemed put out to do there job, being from the south whare people wave and hold the doors for neighbors this little hole in the wall seemed very impersonal, standoffish and rude. I don't recommend going to Kent CT for any reason.
