I live in Michigan and my daughter attends Kent State University. She sustained damage to her Ford Escape that required body work. I reached out to Klaben Body Shop and talked to Brandon. From the first contact I found Brandon to be professional, considerate, and accommodating. He and his shop provided relevant information in a timely manner and completed all of the repairs quickly, all while keeping abreast throughout the process. I always felt Brandon truly appreciated me as a customer. I work in the automotive industry myself and know first hand how hard it is to find good people. I am more than happy to recommend Klaben has a quality repair facility!

I accidentally obliterated my Audi A4's passenger side mirror backing out of my garage on a cold, winter night. I knew right away that I would be taking my car to be repaired at Klaben Body Shop. My service advisor, Brandon Brinko, went above and beyond during the entire repair process. He kept me informed and up-to-date on every step. They replaced the mirror and repainted the side of the car that got scratched from the mirror falling off. When I picked up my car when it was finished, I was amazed with how it looked BRAND NEW! I'm so impressed with Klaben and Brandon, I will never take my cars anywhere else! I've actually referred all of my family and friends to Klaben as well. 10/10 recommend.
I had THE most stress free and enjoyable experience here. Steve workman met me at my vehicle explained what to expect and made me feel very comfortable that my truck was in the right hands. My vehicle was done when expected and you can’t even tell it was in an accident. I will send everyone I know there and if I ever need work in the future I’ll be sure to go see Steve.
