The cleaning staff is doing an amazing job at keeping the facility clean. I see them sanitizing all day long. People are taking their masks off on the second floor when they are doing cardio and on the free weight area. I don't see employees saying anything to them. They just turn their heads away. Very sorry to hear this gym is gonna get shut down again.

I was harassed in the pool and when I asked the staff for help they were quick to respond. This was the 2nd time the same man insisted on being in my swim lane when there were others open. He taunts me by slowly walking towards me until he gets right up to my face in order to get me to overreact. Management told me to go ahead and splash him so he might get the hint that what he is doing is inappropriate but other than that there is no law or rule that can stop him from being deliberately intimidating and rude. I've attached a photo of what he looks like....BEWARE
You have to wait outside!!! I came for my 9 AM reservation and arrived at this horrible place about 5 minutes before 9. I was told to wait outside in the cold until 9 before I am allowed in. The club was empty. I totally understand the need to be mindful about COVID pandemic and risks but it's so ridiculous to have such attitude. Other LA Fitness locations allow people to wait inside as long as people are socially distant and wearing masks.

This place stinks! Not due to lack of cleaning but the facility is old and has crusty old smelly carpet and the entire place is in need of updating. The sauna reeks of wet dog even early in the morning before anyone has had a chance to use it, judging by the dust and trash accumulating underneath the benches, I'd say it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I reported damaged equipment 3 times in the past 4 months and it has yet to be addressed. Bald patches throughout the carpeting. This place is very underwhelming.
