Always so nice and helpful. They are one of the few vets that could handle, and knew not to handle very much, my very very anti-vet cat. They are so patient and gentle and always listen to get the full story.

UPDATE *RESPONSE TO OWNER* Options were not given to me. Nothing was explained. I did voice my concern and issue. The vet said the ONLY option allowed by LAW is to spend another 100 to bring my other cat in PLUS whatever prescription would be given. Please, tell me, what options were available? Because none were given and your attempt to save face definitely did not outline any options. Why do you think there will be a next visit? What other options were available to spending another 150? END UPDATE They are kind but they are NOT a value! I got a kitten who has never been to a vet. I took him in for the Wellness package (525 including the application fee!). I was sold on this as it is cheaper than all the required treatments done on individual pay (traditional payment at time of service) They treated him but offered no treatment or recommendations for how to address my other cat (1 y.o.) at home. The veterinarian herself told me that there is nothing they can do for my other cat unless he comes in for a 100 exam! So they were willing and happy to charge me for treating the kitten for worms and fleas and completely okay with sending him home to get re-infected. If you need quality care for your pets but are on a budget, give Good Neighbor Vet a try, their flyer is posted below. Or any Petco. Waaayyy more affordable. Complete kitten care for less than one visit at "Value" Pet Clinic. And they understand the correlation between pet care and a persons bank account.

There is a Solution

Visit was OK. Takes a little while to get checked in due to covid. Appointment time was at 3:30. Heard back from the doctor by 4. The doctor said that shots were done for all 3 dogs. She wanted to do heart worm testing. Took almost an hour to get an estimate from the front desk. Then took another 30 minutes to have them bring out the dogs. Make sure you have time to wait. Value is good but very slow front desk.

This was one of the only places that was willing to take my dog on the same day! My dog is already feeling so much better and I’m very happy with how they treated me and my dog. Also took only about an hour super impressed. I am for sure taking my dog there again

Took my boo boo here to get a price on dental work in a nutshell they wanted 1200.00 and pushed financing and so on I’m on disability limited to bare minimum from social security. Luckily I found mission vet they saved my boo boo and only cost me 302.00 I highly recommend checking out all your possibilities before you pay out your hard earned money. Boo boo has only 5 teeth but he’s healthy and happy again. Value vet is no value I would give a 0 star but in order to leave this post I had to give at least one.

We had to have our old dog put down not long ago. All the people at Value Pet Clinic in Kent went out of their way to make us and our dog feel comfortable and feel good in what we were doing. We have been taking our dogs there for about 10-11 years and they are the best!
