The apartment complex’s renewal phrase was “Live Extra, Stay Extra”... more like Live Extra, PAY Extra. The amenities are closed almost all of the time, the staff is nearly useless after you sign your lease and overall the quality of the building is really poor. Genuinely glad I didn’t renew my lease at Latitude.

Would never deal with this place again. Awful experience. Way overpriced. Misleading business practices. Fire alarm going off day and night for weeks. So many problems and no one able to resolve any of them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to the Latitude in hopes to get a tour. We literally stood in the office waiting for someone for 15 minutes! They left their phones, macbook out, and prizes for their raffle that anyone could swipe at a moment. I proceeded to call the office phone in hopes of someone hearing it and to come up to the office to help us, with NO help. A resident later came down and told us he had a package that he wanted us to get, but we do not work there. He then proceeded to look for someone, but the whole bottom level was empty!!! No managers, lights turned off, and just food left behind the counter. I then walked past the door toward the mailroom to find someone and still nobody around the corner. I left a note on the table saying that my friend and I were waiting 15 minutes and I am very disappointed. We were looking for somewhere to stay around campus and it was between the Latitude and The Province. So we decided to go tour at the Province where their staff was more than happy to help. If you are trying to gain future residents, be mindful and have someone up in the front WORKING.

I really wanted to like living here. Now a ton of the people on my floor ate it. I thought I was the only one who was having issues. From closed amenities (that we weren't compensated for), to having a management that won't help people out of their lease, to student-workers who are so misinformed they lie to prospective applicants about background/ credit checks... and did I mention the COST? Almost 700 to share an apartment. I get that we're paying for the pool and gym and study lounges, but really? Dear Brittani, please start working proactively with us instead of having us resort to writing reviews and pleading with you guys. Make it right. I've heard horror stories about every apartment complex on campus, but nothing compares to NUMEROUS issues everyone I know has had here.
