Honestly it was a relief to receive such great customer service at an auto shop. Being out of my element and moving so far from home I was worried about finding a new trusted place to care for my car. Miguel is so kind warm and friendly, I would recommend this location to anyone and do plan on only doing business with this location. Thank you Miguel, you made a stressful moment calm. He deserves a raise .

I am so grateful and happy. The price was perfect for my budget, was told 4 hour wait time they were done within an hour and a half. For my first time doing business with them..I am sold.

I just stopped by the Les Schwab on Central Ave and E George St in Kent, because I saw the gleaming head of a screw sticking out of my tire when I drove to work this morning. I stopped in at noon, today, Thursday December 17th, and the young man patched it for me in 10 minutes for no charge! I was pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely return to this store next time I need tires.

After several phone calls to different tire shops having my ABS lights come on I was quoted just driving in their shops , large amounts of money to even have it diagnostic done. But going to Les Schwab for years and I will highly recommend them It didn't cost me anything to find out everything was just fine and I wasn't billed for something I didn't need.
