I, on the other hand have not had an problem with Midway sewer. I have been a customer off and on since 1999. They have always been friendly and helpful, especially when I had my main line sewer replaced, no issue with permits or inspections. I believe the previous commitment is an isolated incident. They should call midway, I am sure a resolution can be accomplished. I have all of my statements emailed, I have to date no reason to complain.

Midway sewer district of Kent WA, is horrible at getting there bills out to customers on time. There online billing is also horrible. Ever one in the billing department at midway sewer should be fired. I wouldn't even give them a star if the web site didn't make me.
