They were absolutely amazing in taking my call and accelerating the process. Very patient and great turnout of the picture!! They have become my best goto for anything I need to print.

Ordered a few of my prints to get a sense of the quality of their giclée prints (matte). Could not be happier as they turned out amazing! My work is pretty colorful and the prints are so vibrant. I'm preparing a bunch of work for an art popup shop and will definitely be coming back.

Haven't run into a lot of businesses run like this one. Professional, flexible and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done and done right. I've used other printers in the area, and nobody really comes close in terms of versatility or engagement. They care about the end result and their customers, and it shows.

UPDATE (Responding to owner's comments below): Just like we discussed on the phone, there were red shift issues with your canvas material that you could not solve at the time...you even stated you were looking into other canvas materials because of it. When I consulted in the office, I over heard another client having the exact same issue with the same material. Yes, some discounts were applied to other issues unrelated to the red shift problem, but the red shift issue was never able to be overcome. I didn't even touch on the quality control issues with the splotchy metals or black and white tiles that turned green or brown. My original post was an attempt to provide a somewhat gracious close to the relationship. However, I'm disappointed to read your response and find it was not quite a fair representation of the situation. ORIGINAL POST: This was one of my favorite labs for years. I really like the people here and have been with them from the beginning of the Fine Art venture. Unfortunately, this past year has been a difficult one for them with Quality Control. The errors are so frequent it has cost me a lot of time and money. While they were good about returning money in the end, the bigger deal for me was having to scramble to find other solutions and then apologize profusely to my clients for being 2-3 weeks late on delivering their orders. I hope this is a sign of growing pains they will be able to move past quickly.

The glicee prints of my artwork turned out perfectly, and I'm highly pleased with the dye-sublimated mugs. I ordered 144 for the lowest price and could use as many different designs as I wanted (how many places let you do that?). And, impressively, they were able to complete my huge order in two weeks, with everything arriving safely four days later. Highly recommended!
