Today on February 8, 2021 at 8:00AM Van #89 was dropping off an older woman at Proliance Retina Surgery Center in Bellevue, he was very unprofessional, and didn't have his mask on in the car, still didn't have his mask on when he got out the car, and still didn't have his mask on when he got the walker out of the car and had the lady exit the vehicle. She was probably around or over 60 years old and was American/White, and he was probably around 30/40 years old bigger set and African American. Please tell your drivers to be cautious and follow guidelines to help keep everyone safe during this widely spreading pandemic!!!!! So glad my family memeber was already inside the building!!

Out of all the transportation companies I use to get around in my wheelchair this one is the best. You can rely on them. They're sometimes early, almost always on time, and I've only experienced them being late a handful of times. Their vehicles are well maintained and clean. The drivers are clean, courteous, considerate, and kind. Northwest Transport is pretty much everything you'd wish for if you're in need of transportation services for anything. They're my first choice.
I would be cautious when using this company to drive or transfer you around. I was involved in a collision with this company because the driver failed to stop at a stop sign and Passed at speeds of approximately 35 mph. Ended up fully totally my vehicle!
We had a great experience today. Driver was on time and an excellent driver. Thanks for the ride. I will call for transportation service again
