Very, very friendly staff members work here. Everything is always clean and well organized. I have been an Old Navy shopper for more than a decade, so I am really happy that Kent now has a location.

The store was nice & clean & they were cleaning while I was there. The girl who waited on me for my return from online shopping was especially nice & I continued to shop & everyone was very helpful, the store itself is very bright & cheerful just like the employees

Manager at this location is very rude and unprofessional. I was at this location the other night to buy my little cousin some bike shorts with my merchandise return card i still had a credit on but they didn't have her size so one of the employees said she would order it online for me to have it shipped to my home. She processed the merchandise return card then i still had a small balance left over so I was gonna use my debit card but for some reason the card reader wasnt reading it so she called the manager and he told me ypu can't use merchandise return cards for online purchases and my response was that ive done it before and asked how come i cant do it anymore. He told me "OK SO GO HOME AND DO IT" Btw you can use a merchandise return card to make online purchases i have done it in the past and just did ot again the day after i was at the store.
