Went in to buy a game. After purchasing a game, I opened the case that was sealed by plastic wrap, and it was a completely different game. I went back inside to let them know that it was the wrong game. They don't do refunds but will gladly do exchanges. Thankfully, there was another exact same game, so I got that. This time I opened the case, again it was in plastic wrap, in store. It was the correct game. But then I noticed there was a chip on the disc's outer edge. I was afraid that the game wouldn't work. But to my surprise, there was a console for the game that I could try on to make sure the game works. So I did and it works great. Very happy that I stopped in today. Awesome staff and large selection of used games. 5
