First, I've never felt the need to post a negative review for any business I've dealt with in my life. My clutch on my 2012 Cadillac went out and I took it to this Pep Boys for repair. When I went to pick it up, the clutch would not return completely when pressed and the stick knob was now loose and would twist. The knob never twisted prior to them working on the car. I could still drive it, but the clutch would not fully return. When I went to drive the car the next morning the stick could not even go into gear. I had it towed back to this Pep Boys and when I picked it up, the clutch now returned completely and shifting into gears worked with no problem, like it should've worked when I first picked it up. Tony, the manager, made it sound like nothing different was done and it just started working correctly, even though the mechanic said he put it back up on the lift. The shift knob was still loose and the mechanic suggested super gluing it. The knob was never loose before I took it to this shop. After a few weeks of diving with a loose knob, it became increasingly annoying and I returned it to this Pep Boys to repair since the knob was never loose when I took it into the shop. They told me the knob was now tight when I returned to pick it up. It was still as loose as when I returned it. When you drop you car off for a 2K repair, you don't expect your car to be returned with additional issues. I do not recommend this repair shop 2/4/21: Quick update, I reached out to the Pep Boys customer service email below and they offered me a 50 coupon. I took my car to a Cadillac dealership and they estimated the repair to fix what Pep Boys did wrong would cost 1,084!! Someone from Pep Boys \Senior Management\ was supposed have called me within 48 twice now and I haven't heard from anyone. Better Business Bureau, next? How do I get Pep Boys to fix what they did wrong?

I went there on a broad 30 Earth and I got a very good deal on my tires and a gentleman that health those were is very nice we got very good for my truck they look awesome and I don't think I have could've gotten a better deal anywhere or better service also. These look so awesome I would highly recommend anyone who needs good allteraine tires my baby hugs the road now.
Came in for a flat repair that could not be fixed.....Sean gave me a reasonable price for 1 tire.... The tech had it off and installed all with in minutes I was done out the door paid awesome team...... Love this place!!!!
HIGH KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF / TECHS. NO ONE WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSIS MY PROBLEM ON MY CAR . GOING TO 3 PLACES FINALLY WENT TO PEPBOYS KENT AND I AM GLAD THAT I DID . NOT ONLY FOUND THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED THE SAME DAY AND READY TO GO!! WOW AND YES ITS A GREAT PLACE
Spot on service!!! I dropped off @9am and was told to pick it up after noon was able to get 4 tires and alignment with oil change done no app. needed awesome team guys at the counter very good customer service!!! Tech. very knowledgeable!!!.....Love this store!!!!
