Landlord (Jeanne) was rude and short with us all year, also was always leaving religious pamphlets for us after we asked her not to. The heat is awful during the summer, and be prepared to live with wolf spiders. Overall nowhere near worth the price especially with the cost of baseboard heat during the winter.

Land Lord Will not leave you alone. Will charge you outrageously for anything they can. Awful maintenance. Poor conditions when moved in. WOLF SPIDERS like it rains outside.
