When I first called, the retailer works were very nice and understanding. They heard me out about my situation and what the best fit for my car and needs would be. They also recommend a specialized mechanic for the job with no extra charge and advised me on the next best steps to take. The retail workers were very honest about pricing up front and easily handled the transaction with no fuss or misunderstanding. Working with the retail staff was a great and wonderful experience. Almost good enough to be a little jealous of for every business owner. Afterwards, walking into the mechanics side of work flow, I found it very welcoming and embracing having the work staff show me around my car and even educate me on some aspects of my car and how I can improve its performance. Which in of its self was very nice and fantastic of them. The mechanics were very open and descriptive of the circumstances they have been in with their cars and really helped me grasp the idea for what they meant and were doing with my car and quality care they were providing. Lastly, I really enjoyed speaking with the few mechanics that were there as they guided me through the steps they took in completing the work as well as why did the things they did and how proper procedure looks like. They even went through the effort of tightening down my lug bolts down to manufacture spec and inflating my tire pressure to the perfect range so I would have optimal grip and traction in the the terrible weather we were experiencing that week. All around a great place with professional workers and great attitude and workmanship. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a reliable and practical way to do things right. I am now a happy customer sharing my experience with people like you. Thank you Point S Hill Tire and hope I can come back again for the same quality and attention as this time!

We requested a long list of maintenance items to be looked at for our car. Jeff took the time to make sure each item was addressed to our satisfaction. If we could give a 10 star rating, we would. We will continue to recommend East Hill Tire to all our friends.
Rob & Gib & Doug are the best. I have been taking my vehicles here for many years and will continue to do so. They are very genuine and honest and run their shop well. The last visit was for electrical work in my son's new car, and once again they provided excellent work at a reasonable rate. I have had all sorts of work done at Point S on my VW Vanagon, Scion xD, Nissan Pathfinder, Chevy Tahoe, and Ford E250. Cheers
