Wouldn’t even rate a 1 star! Who ever I talked to this morning a female was absolutely horrible and on a power trip. They have missed our house numerous times.

So disappointed in the recycling company. We’re first time home owners and didn’t know the “rules” we put styrofoam and plastic in there, and there was “too many” boxes. I called them because we could not wait another 2 weeks and the guy rudely told me there a sign on the cab that specifically states what we can’t have on it. Like I mentioned, we’re NEW home owners. Never had to do any of this. And not to mention when I went out there and took out all the plastic and styrofoam, he passed our house to get the neighbors house. SO disappointed and we’ve only been living here 4 weeks.
Shady people, collector saw one non recyclable item and then emptied the contents of it into my yard.
Picked up everyone else recycling bin but mine. Ridiculous!
Skipped my pickup. Forced to pay for a poor service.
